We require masks to be worn in the studio for all students and instructors regardless of vaccination status per the CDC recommendation and Allegheny County mandate.  We will update this policy continually based on the most current research and federal guidance.

Coronavirus: By now we all know what covid-19 is and that it can spread by inhaling respiratory droplets of an infected person, or touching a contaminated surface and then touching your eyes, nose and/or mouth.  We do our best to keep a safe and sanitary environment.  Howeverattending any fitness class puts you at an increased risk for contracting COVID-19 than if you were to stay at home. Attending class is your acknowledgement of this risk.

Masks: As mentioned above, wearing a mask is mandatory while in the studio.  If you arrive without a mask, you will not be permitted to enter the building. Exceptions are made only if there is legitimate medical reason or if you are having trouble breathing.  You may use a face shield if you cannot use a mask for medical reasons.  We understand that you need to remove your mask/shield to drink water; please do so away from others.  During private parties, we ask that you eat and drink in the back room only.

Spacing & Social Distancing: We are limiting class size at this time.  Only 6 students should be on the dance floor at a time.   We ask that you be cognizant to maintain space between you and other students as much as possible at all times.  All of our poles are more than 6 feet apart.

Class Timing:  To avoid congregation, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to class.  We ask that you also leave promptly when your class is over.

Spotting: Teacher spotting of students during new or advanced moves is currently limited to an emergency situation only.

Walk-In’s: We are not allowing walk-in’s at this time.  Please register in advance to secure your spot in class and to ensure we do not exceed the class limit.

Sanitizing the Poles & Equipment: As mentioned on our FAQ page, the poles are sanitized between use by using rubbing alcohol.  Please clean the poles after you are done by wiping them down with the alcohol solution provided.  If you would like to bring your own spray bottle, we will fill it up for you. We encourage you to bring your own rag.

Bring Your Own Items: Please bring your own yoga mat for the warm-up portion of the class if desired.  Studio yoga mats are not being used at this time.  Bring your own water; we will not be selling water at this time.  We encourage you to bring your own pole rag to avoid sharing.  However if you don't, please keep the same rag for the duration of class and place it in the dirty laundry bin after wiping the pole down for the last time.  We also ask the you use the hand sanitizer provided before touching the spray bottles.

Pole Crash Pad: If you use the crash pad pole mat, please be sure to wipe it down before the end of class.

CDC Guidance: Please stay informed regarding out of state travel recommendations on the CDC website.

If you feel sick, have been around someone who has been sick, or for any other reason think you may have been exposed to the virus, please let us know and stay home!  We can offer a class credit when it is safe and you are ready to come back.

Please continue to be responsible inside and outside the studio. It's important to use common sense and take precautions in the community to keep everyone safe!
