Classic"Pole Party" Package: $475.00
Includes 2 full hours of pole dance instruction. Up to 24 guest.
2 Pole Class Passes for the host and the guest of honor!  BYOB Welcomed! Snacks, cake, beverages whatever you'd like. Shorts are best for these classes and bare feet, however anyone who wishes to wear heels may do so as long as they have straps. Music, boas, props are provided, unleash your inner Diva! A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking to secure the date, time and instructor. All participants must be 18 or have parental consent to participate in class. Bellydance Parties Up to 24 Guest $475.00
Includes 2 full hours of Belly Dance Instruction,
2 future Pole Class Passes for the host and the guest of honor!  Bellydance is a modernized, historical art which creates sisterhood while offering a full-body work-out! Bring your friends, sisters, mothers – any women who want great exercise and fun! Shimmy, pop, lock, and play with your curves! Suitable for all body types. BYOB Welcomed! Snacks, cake, beverages whatever you'd like. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking to secure the date, time and instructor. Week Day "Pole Party" Budget Package: $30.00 PP Sunday - Thursday before or after classes!
Includes 90 Minutes of Pole Dance instruction a minimum of 8 ladies must be guaranteed! BYOB Welcomed! Snacks, cake, beverages whatever you'd like. Shorts are best for these classes and bare feet, however anyone who wishes to wear heels may do so as long as they have straps. Music, boas, props are provided, unleash your inner Diva! We can accommodate up to 24 ladies at a time .A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking to secure the date, time and instructor. Looking to host a Private Class for your Friends! We have that covered too!
Saturdays at 1:30 PM or 2:30 Private Group Class, One Hour $225.00 15 Max.
This is a one hour private group fitness class for those who would like to have the studio and an instructor all to themselves.
You can choose from:
Pole Dance Fitness - Pole dance is the ultimate full body workout. Students will learn dance moves, floor work, pole tricks and spins, and transitions. All skill levels are welcome!
Pole and Chair Combo - On and off the pole combo class is a beautiful expression of fitness, Fitness With A Twist Style! Exercising with a chair can be used as a fun sexy prop while making the transition back to the pole giving you a more complete workout!
A Lil Tease (or Tease Him) - Chair Workout with a fun Fitness With A Twist Tease.
A chair can be used as a fun sexy prop Everyone has a chair at home so when you are not at the studio you can brush up on your own choreography!!Learn to bring out your confident and seductive inner you in this sultry workout, learn moves you can take home and "workout"with or keep them at the studio for weekly routines. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking to secure the date, time and instructor. All participants must be 18 or have parental consent to participate in class.
