Located in the South Side of Pittsburgh, we are exclusively devoted to enhancing female fitness. We pioneered pole dancing for fitness in Pittsburgh. All of our instructors are certified fitness instructors. We are proud that our dedicated studios are professional, private and spotless, and provide a fun way to enhance female fitness. We would like to encourage you to attend at least one class via a drop in session or with a group party so that all ladies can experience the fun! This is an exclusive opportunity for an intense, full-body workout that will boost your self-confidence and sculpt your body. Pole dancing is the latest in aerobic workout. It is also found to be empowering and liberating. Imagine feeling excited about exercising once again! We will provide you with great instruction, a clean and safe environment, and all the fun you can handle. Come alone or bring along friends for a great weekly “girls night out”!
